Common questions

Yes. These books are written for anyone who recognises these patterns in their life — whether or not they carry a formal diagnosis. They are educational and practical, not clinical assessments.

Make It Make Sense (Book 1) focuses on recognising ADHD-like patterns and releasing self-blame. Understanding Isn't Enough (Book 2) moves into practical tools for daily life — work, money, sleep, relationships, and emotional regulation. They work well together, but each stands on its own.

Yes. All six free tools are available at no cost. They are designed to be genuinely useful on their own — not previews or teasers. An email address is requested so you can receive them and stay in touch, but there is no obligation to buy anything.

Absolutely. These books and tools are designed to complement professional support, not replace it. Many readers use them alongside therapy, medical care, or coaching. They work best when combined with the right professional input for your situation.

Start with whatever feels most pressing right now. If food and cravings are your main struggle, begin with The Hunger Beneath. If you are a carer feeling overwhelmed, Squeezed is written for you. If you recognise ADHD-like patterns — in attention, time, emotions, or daily function — Make It Make Sense is the place to start.
